Integrated a new gift-card vendor into the online gift cards shop and overhauled the product-configuration system - covering availability, denominations, and regionalization - to make launches and catalog management more reliable. Modernized the online PIN shop’s front end and supported the rollout of additional local payment methods to broaden checkout coverage.

Improved KYC identity-verification by integrating a new provider and streamlining end-to-end checks, reducing friction and accelerating approvals. Also supported Croatia’s kuna-to-euro transition across customer journeys so pricing, balances, and payments remained seamless.
